The fees are 21% VAT included

Cancellations received BEFORE January 2nd 2024:
will receive a refund of the total amount paid minus an administration fee of 75 Euro.

For all cancellations received AFTER January 2nd 2024:
no refund will be possible.

The (optional) inspiration visit to Bruges, includes education and visits to the main conference venues. This part of the event is only available to meeting planners, PCO’s and association managers.
